Reurn of the oh-so-anticlimatic SARCHALE!

Sat Sep 5, 2009, 9:41 PM
  • Mood: Enjoying The Show
Hello, all you lovely people who apparently have nothing better to do than read my ramblings! I suppose I'd better tell you about why I'm updating, yes? It is very important (to me, anyways. The rest of you I bet couldn't care less). I might be uploading some pictures soon... if our scanner decides to stop trying to be a cheap imitation of a bi-polar emo kid, that is.

Fullmetal Alchemist... a month ago, these words would mean next to nothing for me, and I would look at you very strangley for spouting them out in the middle of a very pleasent conversation (it would be about peaches, by the way). Now, I might probably squee at the fact that some one else in my backwoods town actually comprehended what I was talking about, and I wouldn't bat an eye at declarations of anime names. This show is that awsome. I'm not quite to the state of the bug-eyed guy in my mood section, but I'm getting frightfully close.

You know... the urge to write something concerning how Mustang and Scar got trapped in each other's bodies in a freak accident is rapidly drawing near.

Thanks so much for the fave-- the Tony Perkins/Javert is prob my personal fave, too! Cheers!

Aside form the loaf of bread the size of a minivan, I consider it the best movie version. :D

Have you read the book?
:iconcorvidangel:
Yes, the bread was RIDICULOUS-- and leaving it in the bakery window over night-- well, I guess there wouldn't be a story, then. No, I have never read it. Hugo is SO depressing (duh!) and he (like Dickens) got paid by the word...but I may have to at least have a go...
:iconsarchale:
He IS depressing, and he drones on and on and ON... but, once you get past that, there is always those snide comments he manages to slip in about how completely screwed up the system is. Man, those are hillarious. Seriously, you should read the book. Forge past the ramblings, and find the funny! Onward! FOR NARNIA! (I like caps.)
:iconcorvidangel:
I'll give it a shot, though my reading is usually confined to histories and non-fiction. I suppose for Javert I can suffer....where's Cliff's Notes when ya need 'em??
